The ore body of Tanzania gold mine was mainly gold-bearing quartz vein. Xinhai Mining Technology & Equipment Inc. provided EPC project services to the mine, and the final product would be smelting alloyed gold.
The mineral processing plant mainly formed by the below: Crushing and screening: The raw ore adopted vehicle transportation, and the crushing process adopted two-stage & one-closed circuit process. Grinding and classification: The qualified crushing product buffered by fine ore bin was conveyed to stage-two closed circuit grinding and classification system. Gravity separation: Jigging gravity separation system was added between stage-one ball mill discharging and closed circuit classification. The jigger was applied for roughing, and the shaking table was applied for concentrating. Gold extraction by cyanidation: The overflow of stage-two classification hydrocyclone entered into cyanide leaching system after thickening for leaching. Process of eight-stage leaching and adsorption and converse carbon extraction was applied. Desorption & Electrowinning, smelting: The gold loaded carbon after leaching system was conveyed to high temperature and high pressure desorption & electrowinning system for gold extraction. As the gold content of electrolytic gold mud was large, it was directly conveyed into high frequency smelting furnace for smelting after impurities removing, and the final product was alloyed gold. Dry tailings stacking: The tailings after cyaniding was filter-pressed and dewatered by filter press. With water content of 20%~25%, the tailings after dewatering was conveyed to the stacking yard conveyer for stacking, and the filtrate of filter was backed to the production for reused. Thus, zero-discharge of polluted industrial wastewater was realized.
